WMP error: Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file

i got this problem when i used WM11 to play a drm video:

and

when i reinstalled WMP11 i got this prob

Windows Media player is not installed properly. Reinstall the player.

Is there any media player that can play DRM protected video except Window Media Player? The player which will show the popup where we can fill the username passworld to get the license?

might be related to your firewall. The firewall must be blocking the requests from your Windows Media Player.

Where did you get your Windows Media Player? Get it from microsoft.com. What version of WMP caused the following error
