Record and re-broadcast flash rtmp:/// .flv video from imediabiz.tv

Hi,

Found this site
Code:

http://www.imediabiz.tv/
Basically, the streams freely available for those channels are mainly Helix RSTP and it plays on realplayer. But on this site its shown as what appears to be flash.

What kind of server can take in RSTP Realmedia from a Helix server, and rebroadcast it as Flash? I tried recording using VLC, but just got garbage.

Any suggestions?

Regards

VLC player doesn't support RTMP flash videos.

None of the RTMP Flash stream recorders can re-broadcast streaming video. You can only record these videos using Replay Media Catcher, FLV Recorder and Orbit Downloader.

The only software I know that can re-broadcast RealMedia RTSP stream is VLC. However depending on a streaming server you can send not only Flash video, but also MPEG-2 video or video of some other formats to the streaming server that will broadcast RTMP flash stream.

But there could be many other solutions. Say you can send the video from your graphics card to a digital video camera and then use the video from the digital camera on a streaming server.

Are you sure that they re-broadcast RTSP Real Media streaming video?
