No sound when using Replay Media Catcher

I have tested the demo version of Replay Media Catcher: it seems to work fine but I have no sound when I play the video.

I've tried on different websites and I get no sound.
I use Windows XP and Firefox.
Has this happened to anybody before?

Thanks a lot for your help

Re: No sound when using Replay Media Catcher

Please try several FLV players. If it doesn't help please let me know the version of your Replay Media Catcher and the web-sites you're trying to record videos from.

05omega, how did you solve the problem with Replay Media Catcher? I just realized I have recorded 2 weeks worth of great video and wish I was a lip reader as I have no audio!! Please post!

Thank you.

Update: Figured out that because I'm using VMWare's Fusion platform to run Vista on a Mac I don't have the right audio codec to hear the recorded audio in FLV or MP4 formats. I transferred a test file to my PSP and the audio played just fine. Now to find the audio codecs I need for future playing of files in Windows... :)

tlbuster, try VLC player. It is absolutely free and supports many platforms including Mac.
