Does anyone know how to download from player.theplatform.com even though if the content is not available or token expired?

Video still seems to be available but player.theplatform.com won't allow to play.

It's really not expired, maybe it is from the service but not actually because the length is still present which is 44min. File is still on the server. Just wondering how can it still be downloaded.

That is the issue i am having.
