There are lots of video converters supporting FLV videos

For example, you can use Cucusoft Video to PSP converter

Please note that you can't convert IVR files from Real Player

You may find them in the thread that is linked from the first post, i.e. video converters supporting FLV videos

If you wish convert to mp4 you need the special program
Try use Geovid Flash to video encoder pro
This program have a trial version
