I want to download the videos in
https://www.sat1.de/tv/knallerfrauen/playlists/playlist-knallerfrauen-outtakes

Unfortunately I'm getting "This video is not available in your country".

I tried entering each of these URLs in JDownloader's Linkgrabber,
and it finds 18 links, but "Protocol rtmpe:// not supported",
therefore the streams are RTMPE.

How can I download them?

you can use youtube-dl.Just check in webconsole for playlist.mpd link and use it with youtube-dl.You can also use this...

...to get entire infos.

Just copy whole link from webconsole and use it if you can watch the stream in browser.If not then use a proxy elite IP to bypass the GeoBlock.

PS: If its to complex for you at the moment etc then I could also upload this 47 seconds 20 MB video.But if you need more video from that site then check youtube-dl tool and how to use it.You also need ffmpeg too to merge both video & audio dash files.Just check this out a little.

First of all thank you for trying to help.

Unfortunately, none seems to work:

1. there's no playlist.mpd entry in Web Console when I load the page.

2. I tried the 1st command that you suggested (with the latest youtube-dl.exe windows executable) and it results in the following (no file is downloaded) :

therefore I can't use the 2nd command that you suggested.

3. I tried connecting to the site via configuring various Germany proxies (from https://www.proxynova.com/proxy-server-list/country-de/ ) in my browser (Firefox)
or tried free web proxies,
but the videos are never loaded.

i connected through VPn to germany and it worked fine

I managed to access the videios using a free VPN service (TunnelBear).
