How do i view my camera from computer?

How do i view my camera from computer?

 

When using my phone i use my qr-code and works fine even away from home is okay.

But when i try from computer by ip or something i can never bypass the activex controls from browsers.

So i run out of ideas i tried everything,and i run out of ideas.

So any help is appreciate it.
