I am trying to get m3u8 captured from Neulion, but I am unable to get the key (getting error 403 forbidden)

Any help how to grab the key would be appreciated

Simply downloading key does not work, resulting in 403 refused error, it probably needs some parameter to be passed in order to be downloaded...
