Hello community.

I want know how can I download a video (THE ORIGINAL FORMAT AND THE ORIGINAL QUALITY OF THE VIDEO) of Brightcove?

https://players.brightcove.net/38238...=4009199484001 (In this case the video will be 654x480)

IMPORTANT: If Brightcove block your IP, use a VPN, USA IP.

Hi,

you can use Streamlink or ffmpeg etc to download that stream.If you want it more simple then use Video Download Helper.

The highest quality I see is 720x480 3000 kbps with aac2.0 189 kbps 48k Hz, 0.987 GB. Nothing higher or HD.

Well, that is why I get when I right click and look the information about the video. How can I download this video in the original quality and format?. Thanks for your help.

What information are you missing? Did you try youtube-dl?

Yes, that software did not run in my pc, it give me an error. Can you try if it works and confirm it, please?. Thanks.

Hi,

the highest res is...
Code:
RESOLUTION=654x480
...for this video you can get and the lowest is...
Code:
RESOLUTION=306x224
...so just have a look into playlist file there you can see them.Use Streamlink so this works as I told before already.

Use youtube-dl to dump the brightcove smil in order to get the direct links. See pastebin:
