Total Noob here!

I am wondering how to get the url of ustream live channels for example:

http://www.ustream.tv/channel/mtvgrenadnews

and

http://gov.gd/tv/

I am grateful for any assistance. I would like if possible direction on how to get the links, please and thank you?
