Can an american download US restricted content from cartoonnetwork.com ?

There is a cartoon series that they have taken off TV but you can still see it for free online ONLY if you live in the US. The best episode of any Cartoon series, probably ever!, is there but i can not see it and i would give anything for someone to rip it for me and email it to me!!!

IMHO it is easier to download these cartoons from p2p networks. Alternatively you can use free US proxy servers or a web (based) proxy (like peaksurf.info).

to be honest, i have been checking P2P for some time now but no one ever seems to have this and i have tried Proxy servers and just can't get them to work!

I did but, even though the videos are WMV, the site runs on flash and none of the web based proxy servers seam to be able to load the page.

btw for cartoon network... i havent tried accessing it from other countries, but i can access http://supercartoonnetwork.co.uk from usa and download the videos from there, they have some evil con carne eps too :)

also i have learned how to use TOR to tunnel with EXITNODE that has a usa addy...

all you do is install tor (there is a windows howto here http://wiki.noreply.org/noreply/TheO...er/Tor4Windows )
and edit the .torrc file and on a newline put

just find one with a usa flag , preferably a broadband or faster connection...

i know its a bit difficult for an average user to try tor, but it works great!
