Streaming multiple tv channels with one tv tuner

Hello,

We are planning to stream some free to air channels . but wanted to know if its possible to stream multiple channels with just one tv tuner card.
If yes how can this be done ?

If you TV tuner card allowes you to watch only one channel, then there is no way you can stream multiple ones.

Besides I'm not sure it is legal to stream free to air channels. Although many p2p internet TV networks do that.
