Importing into Windows Media Player - Titles?

When I "rip" music from a recent CD into media player, I don't get the title information for the CD or tracks. I thought that on later CD's this would be encoded - but that wasn't based on any actual knowledge ;-)

Is there anything I can do to preserve titles...or are they not there to begin with?

Thanks,

CDDB might not contain any info about newest or rare CDs. You can enter title information manually.

If such information appear in the CDDB later on, you will be able to use ID3 tag editors to fill the gaps, but it will work with full albums only!
