I think FUJITV (http://fujitv.live/fujitv) just meets your needs, and it can live on 72 channels Japanese TV live streaming. It is now free until June 30. I've been watching live with my windows computer, occasionally using my Samsung S6 (need to install FUJITV Live APK, then run, click "Free", very simple!)

As far as I know, the price of many services for 1 years is about 300 USD or even higher, while FUJITV in free several subscriptions can get 20% discount, only 207 USD, for me is particularly cost-effective!
