youtube live re-stream ?

hello all,

i got manifist .m3u8 from youtube live channel using livestreamer however i cant put that link in my iptv to stream nor vlc plays it .so i wanna know how do i get the streaming link and stream in my iptv or vlc ,i simply want the source link for the streaming
