Avermedia Game capture Hd not capturing from medical device.

 

I have to live stream from an endoscope medical device from Karlstorz,
I purchased Avermedia HD gamer capture pro card. It supports 1920 * 1080 px streaming from PC. When I give the input from the Karlstorz Device I get green lines no video is captured. But I can view the output in a HD tv from karlstroz device. What is the issue? Am I missing something here. I am using Adobe media encoder to stream the video.
