tried everything including livestreamer (403 forbidden error), Adownloader ( crashes) , IDM but it simply doesnt work and I have no idea now how to download this. please help.

yeah it does , its an indian site by the way so might need indian proxies to make it work

if video is working on a website, then Livestreamer should work. I don't think they've done anything to stop livestreamer. But before moving on to that,
Are you in India, we need to make sure you have direct access to video and you're not using any proxies.

you need indian VPN to download if you are out from india...
