I have been trying to download this video in maximum quality ( 720P, 2064 kbps as available in site) but whatever app I use like livestreamer,adownloader it is only showing 404p (1363 kbps) as best quality and not detecting the HD stream. please help.

livestreamer reports "client 403 forbidden" error everytime.

I've done all of these steps, but I get a message saying 'press any key to continue'. If I press something, it closes. What am I doing wrong?
