Noise while recording Real streams with r7c (Real7ime Converter)


 
i have used the r7c to record radio streams,when i convert the radio streams to mp3 ,i get radio static sound and barely audible music ,any tips thanks

Use other software like SVCR


 
Most probably MP3 settings are incorrect. Try to increase bit-rate.

But actually r7c is the last stream recording software I can suggest. If you wanna use free software, try to download Streambox VCR 1.0, older versions of NetTransport (new NetTransport also known as NetXFer is not free) or use players that can dump streams, namely: VLC and MPlayer.

thanks for reply,i will clarify a bit further,the rc7 works fine,its when i use a program for converting files that im having the problem,im using a converter called SUPER, it converts ok but as i said when i play the newly converted file i just get the hissing radio sound,i have tryd to up the bitrate within super to no avail,further suggestions thanks

If you experience problems after conversion only, you may
1. change frequence and bitrate.
2. find another audio converter
