Login Fail remote access DVR.

 

I have a router 192.168.1.254
And a DVR 192.168.1.10.

I can access from local using my PC, and I can see my camera's from local without problem's.


In my DVR there is 4 ports:
80:Http
6001:Media
6002:....
6003:Mobile

I forward all these ports in my router.

When try to access remotely, typing my public IP in the Internet Explorer, I get the web page to insert the user Name and the password,

But when I press log in, I get an JS alert (Login Fail), even the user name and the pass are corrects.

When trying to acces remotely using my Public IP:the forward port of the MEDIA, i get some "ZZZZdcf" that's all.

Can any one help me please to resolve this issue.

For pepole who have this problem:

I resolve it by Activate DMZ in my router to the IP address of the DVR.

I hope that will help some one.
