This is regular HLS stream. To access M3U8 you need to use the same user agent as you used for opening web page.

Just open our DOS or command prompt, cd (change directory) to where your livestreamer is installed, the copy and paste the code in post 24, and it should work for you. If it doesn't just sniff out a new m3u8 string...Good Luck!
