WM Recorder vs. Lite Cam HD

Anyone compare recording quality with these two programs? I have the option of using Lagarith with LiteCam so I would think I would be able to get a high quality recording. I am just wondering about WM Recorder. I am considering burning to bluray my recordings so I want the highest quality possible.
