Applemacsoft: Error Status when Trying to Convert Music in iTunes Library

 

Hi,

Recent user of Applemacsoft remove DRM from music files in iTunes. For the most part it's working well, but I recently attempted to convert files in the library and am getting an "Error" status.

Now, I should tell you that we have two iTunes libraries on my mac and up until now have been using the one of them with Applemacsoft. Since switching libraries, I've had this problem of an error status.

I am choosing the library using "Import" and it does load up. These music files I am trying to load are not in the cloud and are residing on the computer.

Please help!
