rtsp stream record audio unsync

Hi,
I try to record a rtsp stream using vlc player but when playing live audio and video sync properly. But recorded out put file audio not sync.there are 20 seconds different for audio and video.
Is there any way for correct this problem for live stream record ?
If any body help for solve this problem i will pay small amount.
