I need help!!! urgently!

Hi! I run a fansite for a Korean recording artist and he released a BTS video for his album/music video and I need to download the video from this page http://me2.do/G69Q38bf (scroll down a bit) I tried my usual method of going in through the developer tools and looking at the networks to find the video link but it appears to be .ts type video. I tried to google how to download these types of videos to no avail. Can somebody please help me out here either by providing me with a download link or by telling me how to go about down this
