How to record from Fox stream?


 
Howdy, i need help trying to record this stream, the url is below:

http://tv.itver.cc/fox-sports/ You need to click on play button it is not automatically.

If possible post a code on ffmpeg, livestreamer or rtmpdump, in the best quality possible. Thanks in advance.
