Can this be downloaded? If so, how?

Hi, I've downloaded a few flvs from a site using rtmpdump and rtmpsrv however they've just changed the player and rtmpdump no longer connects.

I tried Internet Download Manager and it finds .ts streams but when I try to download IDM says connecting but just hangs at 0% and times out. (possibly being blocked?)

Is it actually possible to capture this video? Any help would greatly appreciated.

Found direct link in chrome after disabling flash as advised. Great tip. Much appreciated.
