3G login failed while succeed previously

My accessibility through wifi/mobile data had set & login successfully previosly.
But nw i can only succeed to login through wifi while failed within mobile data.
Why is that?
I comfirm my id & pw is correct.
Ps:my wifi modem had reset previously,does tis related?:confused:
