RTMPDUMP setup help


 
Hello, I'm a complete noob to rtmpdump and I'm trying to learn from the beginning how to setup on Windows 8.1 64bit to sniff streams so I can play in VLC or any other android players...so if anyone can point me in the direction to start from the beginning I would be grateful, I found this website from searching how to install rtmpdump hopefully you guys can help a noob out...TIA.
