i Am Noob on this Matter

i Want Know How I Publish live Tv Stream Via Another Site Streaming

is it possible To This Via rtmpdump

bcoz i try url snooper to get rtmp link but my targeted site use some kind of TokenSecurity and maybe their ip protection

plz help mei want to stream this channel on my site anyhow and knowing how it work
