Stream Format ABR-USMIL

Hi,

I have a live stream that is geoblocked outside of Australia and New Zealand that I want to be able to view. In "view source" it lists the stream format as ABR-USMIL
The link it gives me in the source is an http URL with .usmil ending

Is there any way to take this link and be able to get the direct live link? I have a whole bunch of links and examples and much more info I can send, so can you please PM me if you think you can help. Don't want to post the links publicly because I don't want anyone to get in trouble!

Or, does anyone know anything about this format that might help me find the link myself? I cannot seem to find anything about it...
