Actually I want to download the second part of the videos in 1080p (shown by red boxes),
I can find this URL
Probably 5000 means the bitrate equivalent to 1080p

However, the livestreamer doesn't work. Is there any ideas?

Also it works fine with 1080p m3u8 url with ffmpeg(use latest one)
