Can somebody please help me to get livestreamer to work with this stream?

use Nightly build (generated build of the latest development code from the git repo)
1) download http://livestreamer-builds.s3.amazon...test-win32.zip
2) unzip the file in C:\ (for example)
3) so you have C:\livestreamer-v1.12.2-5-gba3962e folder
4) open cmd.exe (command shell)
5) in this command shell go to C:\livestreamer-v1.12.2-5-gba3962e

7)in your command shell
