Help recording TTV live stream

Hello, i need help to record this stream, can somebody give me help with this?. if possible please post a code for either rtmpdump or ffmpeg.

The url is as follows:
http://tv.itver.cc/ttv/#tabs-81-0-1 (be patient the stream takes a little bit to load, but it works)

You have to hit the play button because it does not load automatically.

If for some reason the above link does not work, you can use this:
http://tv.itver.cc/ttv/#tabs-81-0-0
If you can post a code in rtmpdump or ffmpeg also for this link that would be great.

Thanks in advance.
