Hi guys, rtmpdump used to work for many years to record chaturbate but suddenly im getting the 'model status is error' all the time.
already changed the server but i think theres a problem with my new password hash... it looks different from the previous one and i dont know how to fix it to work. anybody please help?

Go to a Chaturbate room in your browser and then go to the tools menu (or whatever it is in whichever browser you use) and "view source". Search that for "password" and you will see it, something like
You need to go through and put a \ in front of all the $'s and replace the \u003D with a "\=" (minus the quotes). Example:

Ok, I was looking on the wrong place for the password hash lol
i usually look near the embedviewer where it has the room hash too. but now its just search for 'password' and i found the right hash.

I am a bit confused.

I understand about view source, but once you get the part you are looking for, what do you do with it? You add the characters in front of the $, but then what? You save it? You will be able to view the passworded show?

Or you will actually see the password that the model entered?
