Yes, by paying for the shows.

For free? No. Even if people know a method, then they're not going to tell you that. All the admins of the those webcam sites visit these stream-recorder.com forums too. When sombody explains how to record private shows for free, then the webcam sites know they have a bug/security hole and they'll fix it right away.
