How do you record MPEG-DASH streams?

How do you record MPEG-DASH streams?

 

Just wondered is there any way to record streams such as this which is in DASH format?

Is it possible to record DASH video and is there a program that will do this?

Thank you. So how do I use the program? Do I put the exe file into the root directory or what. Do I need the entire .zip file?

I propose the tutorial with the static version

unzip the file in C:\ for example
so you have C:\livestreamer-v1.11.1
run cmd.exe (command shell)
and go in the livestreamer folder

and write the code

Hmmm, interesting.

I plugged it into Replay Media Catcher, used the DIGITAL Video Recorder option and recorded it in WMV format with no problem!

Does anyone know of a line-command programme that will download .mpd files? This is also DASH aparently.

You can use this website: http://www.dash-downloader.com/ Just paste in the mpd file.

But i dont know any command line tool :-(

I would also love if it could be possible without going through http://www.dash-downloader.com

Thank you I will give this a try - if anyone can come up with a line command version that would be great.
