Capture of video from a authenticated website running on jw player

Hi Everyone,
I used to download tutorial videos from my college website using flash video downloader plugin in mozilla.. but from this year on they have introduced authentication to the website so i am not able to download video although i do have credentials for the same. So is there any add on's or software which could do this?..

The video player is jw player version 6.11.4923.

any help is deeply appreciated.
