If you get no stream then try it later again or in some cases you need to disable AD Blocker if you use it etc.

PS: How many times you wanna ask for this fox channel?Just collect your streams xy and post them together in one post or same topic and post some details about the problem you have with the tools xy etc.If you check the first site of rtmpdump section then you find already 10 created topic of you and four of them about the foxnews channel.If you just wanna get some ready usable links then you should create one topic called "dade6598's - Request Topic" or something link that.
