Old version of NetTransport. Please upgrade and learn about getting stream URLs.

You must be using an old version of NetTransport. I had no problem recording with NetTransport 2.0.303.

The links you provided lead to metafiles (simple text files that redirect to an actual stream). My NetTransport had no problem postprocessing them and downloading from mms:// URLs after that.

And I suggest you to learn about Getting stream URLs. It might help you to record other media streams.

Yeah, actually I have an old version, since the program is not free anymore!

Then learn about getting stream URLs as suggested.

p.s. In this case you may open those small files with a text editor to get links.
But I suggest you to use URL finder like free Project URL Snooper.

After getting stream URLs try to download with old NetTransport. In case of a failure you may try free stream recorder supporting Windows Media streaming like GetAsfStream or SDP Receiver.
