Hi. You've helped me before, hope you can again. This site changes it's links every few weeks and completely breaks for me every couple months.

rtmpdump -r "rtmp://109.123.114.162/live/tvcdeptvmx?id=18748" -a "live" -f "WIN 15,0,0,152" -p "http://www.ezcast.tv/embedded/tvcdeptvmx/1/620/382" -W "http://www.ezcast.tv/static/scripts/fplayer.swf" -t "rtmp://109.123.114.162/live" -y "tvcdeptvmx?id=18748" -m "5000" -C S:OK -o "tvcpuebla-extra1.flv"

with an SSL version of rtmpdump previously give to me here. It lists as connecting, but never starts downloading.
