What is wrong with this image? Shadows

Hi

Please look at this screen capture:

As you can see, there is man on the right, but also there is his "shadow".
I have this "dobule" scene with "shadows" on all my captured video.

I have Trident SSA 7160 HD capture card.

What could be the problem?
