Fragments are "of course" DRM encrypted

I know the source file (extrapolated), but it's 403 access denied.
Any way to get to it?

(There are files of this video on other CDNs that can be accessed, but I want to access this source file at Akamai - the above link. Akamai is masked by static-telemundo.nbcuni.com but ping leads to a267.b.akamai.net).
