In order to remove the viewing limit when not logged in, do the following:

1. Go to http://www.macromedia.com/support/do...manager07.html.

2. Change the amount of storage allowed for i.bongacams.com to "None".

3. Click the "Never Ask Again" checkbox.

In case anybody's wondering, I was able to record streams on this site using Replay Media Catcher with no problem, though so far just one at a time

If that doesn't work for you and you're on Firefox, get the BetterPrivacy addon installed and configure it to delete the unprotected cookies every so often.
