Why RTMPSUCK live stream recognized as live : no

I'm curious and I'd like someone responds to this question.
At the top of the image write 'live : no', although it should write 'live : yes', because it's really from the live web cam stream.
This image is an example of a Livejasmin.com but I noticed that on some other sites.
I'm interested in whether it is possible to change that with some other data of rtmpdump line?
What command must be sent by the server to get 'live : yes'?
