Is there anyway to keep this m3u8 running and so not expire

I have this live m3u8 that I can watch as long as I keep the link running. But they expire after like 1min. So I have to use the app to generate new expire time or keep the old link active by leaving it running.

It look like this: .....playlist.m3u8?wowzasessionid=2084936268&token =beb016460dffc49a107be029d8835a93&expr=530f0418

Is there away around this expiration?
Or is there a free way to restream it?
Or is there some kind of script that I can run on a free hosting service to keep the link alive?
