How to record from nederland 1?

Howdy, i found this tv channel from the Netherlands, http://www.npo.nl/live, it has an embedded live stream video but its not recognizable by WM Recorder. Any suggestions on how to record it?.

Notes:
1. If you're not in Holland, you must use a Ned proxy/vpn
2. I don't think the above link will work for you, coz it expires :(
3. You should get a fresh isml url from the link below

4. Once you get your isml url, (like this: http://l2cmb041ba8e380053ba67ee00000...isml/ned1.m3u8) get rid of "ned1.m3u8" at the end, and append "ned1-audio%3D128000-video%3D1800000.m3u8" to it

Thanks, but can you explain yourself a little bit more?. I found a list of proxies here http://www.freeproxylists.net/?c=NL&pt=&pr=&a[]=0&a[]=1&a[]=2&u=0, some of them work in my firefox browser.

Do i need to use them on mmpeg?. How to do that?. By the way i need the file to be saved in an specific directory, let's say,

How do i tell mmpeg to save the stream as that?.

Also to save your file in the dir you want just use -c copy "c:\program files\my documents\my video\nederland.ts"

The hash is individualized. Install firefox add-on RefControl 0.8.16. Then add entries as follows;

Then request new hash url from;

http://ida.omroep.nl/aapi/?type=jsonp&stream=http://livestreams.omroep.nl/live/npo/tvlive/ned1/ned1.isml/ned1.m3u8

Remove all extraneous "\" from the result. You may be able to remove "&protection=url" from the end to get a usable url without the urishieldv2 protection feature.

Hey pal, I've installed ffmpeg and as well the add on for firefox but there are a couple of things i dont understand, can you help me on that?.

This proxy 193.203.220.15, 8080, was working for me but how do i use it on ffmpeg?
