host blocked my ip to download from him

 

Hello the problem is : the host has blocked my computer address ip ...etc

so i can't use rtmpdump any more any solution to use a proxy or bypass him ? i treid the - S 12345:123 .. but no solution

solution is : i need to read from the host over a proxy but i don't know how i just tried -S
