Novice Question

 

I been record on naked/com for a while but since recent times I notice my audio has been skipping and distorted, but the video plays okay. I was wondering is there a reason for that happening and how can I fix it I want to than anyone who could help. By the way im using jaksta and I tried replay media and same results.
