Problem with video at HamptonRoads.tv - Can't find stream URL from Adobe Flash Player

Hi all,

I'm having trouble finding the stream URL from this video:

http://hamptonroads.tv/index.cfm?locvid=133156

Could anybody please help me?

When you see the Adobe Flash Player on a web page (If you right-click on such a video player you will see "About Adobe Flash Player..." in the bottom of the context menu) the first thing to try is a Flash stream recorder like Replay Media Catcher or FLV Recorder. You don't have to buy them to find out what kind of video streams you have on a specific web-site, 'coz both programs have free trial versions.

Here we have RTMP flash video streams. You can record them with the above mentioned programs as well as Orbit Downloader. However the latest programs requires you to find RTMP stream URLs and this is not an easy problem.
